KROMBERG & Schubert s.r.o. + CEIT – INDUSTRY 4.0 SKILLS

KROMBERG & Schubert is an international industrial company faced a new challenge. It was necessary to get ready for an increase in production in one part of the manufacturing plant in Kolárovo, but this needed to be done on the same floor area (1,000 m2) and with the use of available capacities. Cooperation with CEIT specialists aimed to design a new production layout in the part of the production floor area to achieve a smooth material flow, define the number of workplaces, the number of workers, and positions for work in progress.

Industry 4.0 Skills

“Skills and Competences for Work in Industry 4.0” is a European project funded by ERASMUS+ Program for the period 2020 – 2022. The main goal of the “Industry 4.0 Skills” project is to provide a comprehensive and useful indication of initiatives, programs, methods and materials concerning the development and self-improvement of personal skills and competences in the transformation in industry.

Our focus is on collection of good practices as use cases of successful approaches and practices for implementation of vocational training according to the needs of Industry 4.0.
